Have always loved doing 16 hour fasts daily and one or two 24 hour fasts per week then working out. Recently added a few changes 16 hour fast Cold plunge Gym Sauna First meal. Not really sure if there’s any real benefits to cold plunge that are meaningful but like the way I feel after. The placebo effect alone is great. Anyone have more extensive time with it and anything worth noting?
Fasting imo is unmatched by anything else
