I think ChatGPT is driving a major vibe shift around therapy. People loved ChatGPT for therapy - until they realized that being constantly validated (not challenged) doesn't solve your problems. And they're starting to realize many human therapists are the same...or worse 🫠

If therapy in general really works then why are depression and anxiety rates at historic highs while therapy is more popular than ever? Shouldn’t all this therapy be improving our mental health? It’s almost like therapy drives the problem instead of solving it.
