9:35 am The prosecutors have come into the courtroom; also Storm's lawyers Patton and Klein. AUSA Mosley reads out loud, "do the sanctions," then voice trails off. It would appear there has been another note, but it has not been read into the record yet

9:44 am Judge Failla: We have received a note: "Does the sanctions wallet include the intermediary wallet or just the specified wallet? Does the sanction[s] follow the intermediary wallet?" I propose to tell them only what I'll call the xox wallet was on the list

AUSA Ben Arad: We are concerned these questions are too focused - we propose telling them that the xox and the Lazarus Group were put on the list Judge: They didn't ask about the Lazarus Group - so I refer them to the pages of my charge

Storm's lawyer Patton: We're OK with you proposal, while noting Your Honor overruled us on several objections on this charge. Judge: Wait, we have another note, not a verdict note, but this: Can we get the transcripts and exhibits for Mr. William Lopez on venue?
