This is the single worst idea and policy I have ever heard for technology. You're basically saying, "Huawei come and eat our lunch for us. We're gonna open up markets and forbid our best American technology into them, while you go and get share." And then you get all the programmers working on Chinese platforms. The idea is you flood with firmware, you flood with hardware, and then you get the best programmers and the coders to work on American platforms. And when you find out who the geniuses are, you bring them to America.
