OKX USDG Wallet Rewards Terms and Conditions

1. The OKX USDG Wallet Rewards is provided to you (“you”) by OKX Technology Inc., and any of our affiliates ("OKX"), regarding your access and/or use of the OKX Web3 Wallet Software Services (the Digital Wallet Software provided under the Services the “OKX Wallet Software”). The OKX USDG Wallet Rewards is a reward program whereby you can earn rewards for the USDG you hold in your OKX wallet by claiming them onchain ("Rewards").

2. By using or accessing the Site, Platform, Services, you agree to be bound by the OKX Web3 Ecosystem Terms of Service and OKX Web3 Ecosystem Privacy Policy ("Site Terms"). Unless otherwise defined herein, all capitalised terms used shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in the Site Terms. Additionally, in accessing the Rewards page and participating in these Rewards, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Through the OKX Wallet Software you can earn rewards for the USDG you hold in your wallet address(es) ("Rewards"). When you buy USDG, or convert or transfer USDG to your wallet address(es) that use the OKX Wallet Software, you will become eligible to earn Rewards. However, you must actively claim these rewards shown in the UI—otherwise, they may go unclaimed or be considered forfeited.

4. Rewards will be earned in the form of USDG. Estimated Rewards or APY do not mean actual Rewards you receive and which may not reflect compounding. There may be a delay before your Rewards are eligible for transaction validation and earnings of Rewards.

5. Your rewards:

Shall accrue every day and become claimable weekly.
Will not accrue if your order is not successful.
May be subject to a maximum limit.

6. Only eligible OKX customers will be able to participate in this rewards program. In order to redeem rewards, you will need to undergo OKX’s advanced identity verification on OKX Exchange ("Verified Exchange Account") and have your OKX Wallet Software linked to your Verified Exchange Account in order to remain eligible for the rewards.

7. All applicable direct or indirect taxes, as well as any fees or additional expenses arising from the acceptance, receipt and use of Rewards under this event, shall be the sole responsibility of the customer. This includes, without limitation, any connection, installation, or service-related charges.

8. USDG Rewards do not represent yields generated by the underlying assets. We are under no obligation to pay out USDG Rewards. Once paid out, your Rewards remain under your control at all times. OKX will not use your funds without your explicit permission. Your USDG Rewards, which may vary based on your location and account type, are determined solely by OKX. We reserve the right to modify the USDG Reward Annual Percentage Yield (APY) and/or discontinue the USDG Reward Program at our sole discretion, without prior notice. We strongly recommend that you review the USDG Reward Program updates regularly to stay informed of any changes.

9. USDG is not legal tender. OKX is not a bank or depository institution, and your USDG balance does not constitute a deposit account. The APY offered by OKX are independent of and may not align with prevailing market rates for traditional bank deposit accounts.

10. This Reward program is not (i) investment advice or an investment recommendation; (ii) an offer or solicitation, buy or sell crypto/digital assets; or (iii) financial, accounting, legal or tax advice. You should carefully consider whether trading or holding crypto/digital assets is suitable for you in light of your financial condition and risk tolerance. Please consult your legal/ tax/ investment professional for questions about your specific circumstances. Crypto/digital assets, including stablecoins and NFTs, are subject to market volatility, involve a high degree of risk, can lose value. Historical returns are not indicative of future returns and past performance is not indicative of future results. OKX is not responsible for any potential losses. Not all products offered in all regions and this activity may be limited or not offered in some markets. Please consult your legal/ tax/ investment professional for questions about your specific circumstances.

11. OKX reserves the right to monitor participant(wallet address) behavior during the event and to disqualify any user it deems to have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise irregular conduct. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using accounts or personal information belonging to others, submitting falsified KYC documentation, manipulating trading volume, engaging in wash trading or self-dealing, repeatedly recycling on-chain funds, participating in reward farming groups, or any other illegal, deceptive, or harmful activities. OKX reserves the right to revoke a participant’s eligibility without prior notice in the event of any such conduct.

12. OKX reserves the right to interpret the terms and conditions of this promotion as it sees fit. It reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, exclude any participants from this promotion, and/or cancel this promotion without notice.

15. If there is a discrepancy between the English version of these Terms and Conditions and the translation of other languages version, the English version shall prevail.
